DESCRIPTION

Piracetam is water soluble. Do not use if you are pregnant/breastfeeding. Extremely rare side effects may include allergic reactions. Consult a doctor prior to using.

DOSAGE

Piracetam is generally taken in 800mg doses, within a vegetarian capsule. The recommended dose varies, but generally ranges from 1.5 to 9.5 grams daily. That can be anywhere from 2-12 pills a day.

Some individuals prefer to take 1-2 pills each hour, for 4-6 hours, while others take 4-8 pills at once for their first few days. Users who are more experienced, are encouraged to supplement Piracetam with Choline. Choline will not only boost the effects associated with Piracetam, but will counteract any possible side-effects. Although you can purchase Choline supplements, it is naturally found in beef liver, eggs, and cauliflower.

SIDE EFFECTS

There have been few side effects reports, and those that have been reported tend to be mild. One study tested high-doses of piracetam for 12-weeks. No adverse effects were found between the group taking piracetam and the placebo group.

However, there have been some symptoms of general excitability are occasionally reported. These include feelings of anxiety, agitation, irritability, and insomnia. Other reports have included symptoms including; weight gain, weakness, and increase libido. These instances are extremely rare and may be due to a lack of natural choline levels.
